CAN I SHOP SAFELY ONLINE?
Yes, as a small business we are committed to staying open until further notice in an effort to support our staff, our supplier network and, of course, our customers. We are taking every precaution to ensure that our staff and couriers adhere to very strict hygiene protocols during this time, but will be continuing to service our e-commerce customers as usual.

WHO IS HANDLING MY GOODS AND PACKING MY ORDER?
We as owners take special care to look after ourselves and will be the only one's allowed to handle goods and dispatch orders. Our hygiene standards have also been dramatically increased to mitigate risk of infection. We promise to keep you updated if anything changes or one of us fall ill.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Our usual courier will continue to deliver all online orders, however, to ensure strict hygiene protocols while dispatching orders, the following extra precautions will be taken:
· Their depot will be sanitized daily
· Their staff will use hand sanitizer and be masked
· The courier service has also agreed to the following dispatching methods protocol:
On delivery you are welcome to request that the driver places the delivery & and waybill at your door and steps back 2 metres allowing you to sign the waybill in full with your own pen and take your delivery inside and close the door with leaving the signed waybill, outside which the driver will retrieve.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Door to door courier is currently the only option available.
We do allow collection - however will be managed strictly to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery can be affected, if medical goods take preference, depending on the status of the countrywide situation. However we pride ourselves in partnership with UAfrica & Courier Guy that the turnaround time is not more than 4 working days.
